FAQ
Q: I downloaded Folder Marker Pro and applied color to a folder containing image files. Windows 7 is the operating system on this PC. The folder changed color but now I cannot view the photos inside when I am in Windows Explorer and choose the "large icons" view, like I could before I applied color to the folder. Is that a bug in your program or is there a setting to allow the files inside the folder to show?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to view pictures inside a folder in the "large icons" view when you apply color to it. It's a peculiarity of Windows Vista/7, not a bug. It cannot be fixed.

A: If you didn't receive a registration key from us it means you
may have problems with your mail or our message was blocked by your
SPAM filter. First of all, double check that you entered a valid
e-mail address in the contact form, that
your e-mail box isn't full and check your SPAM folder. Then please
send us a message using contact form
and we will send your key to you.
Q: I have bought Folder Marker, but I have lost my registration
key. Can I get it again? How much will it cost?
A: We will gladly resend your key without additional payment.
Please send an e-mail with your original order details using the contact
form. Please include Order ID, Order Date, Registration Name
and Registration E-Mail.
Q: If I buy Folder Marker now, will I get new versions of the
program for free?
A: Yes and no. All future updates within this major version are free.
But when a new major version of Folder Marker is released, updates
to the next major release will require payment. More information in
our update policy.
Q: Does the purchase of one copy of Folder Marker allow you to use it on
more than one computer?
A: No, every license of Folder Marker is sold per computer/user basis.
It means that if you plan to use Folder Marker alone on several
computers, you need to buy an appropriate number of licenses, one license
for each computer. And if you have one
computer that is used by several persons and you have user accounts
for them, you need to buy a license for every computer user.
