FAQ

Q: I cannot seem to get the Mark Folder right-click menu to appear in my 64bit OS. Is there something I need to do?

A: Folder Marker doesn't have Mark Folder menu in x64 systems by default. But if you run the 32bit explorer it works. To run the 32bit version click Start->Run and type:
"C:\Windows\SysWOW64\explorer.exe /separate".
The menu appears in the right click and the folders appear in the 64bit version correctly.

Q: I want the next version of Folder Marker to have the ability to…

A: Write us using contact form. We will gladly consider your suggestions for our next release.

Q: I found a bug in the program. What I should do?

A: E-mail us using contact form. We will fix it.

Q: I didn't receive my registration key. What I should do?

A: If you didn't receive a registration key from us it means you may have problems with your mail or our message was blocked by your SPAM filter. First of all, double check that you entered a valid e-mail address in the contact form, that your e-mail box isn't full and check your SPAM folder. Then please send us a message using contact form and we will send your key to you.

Q: I have bought Folder Marker, but I have lost my registration key. Can I get it again? How much will it cost?

A: We will gladly resend your key without additional payment. Please send an e-mail with your original order details using the contact form. Please include Order ID, Order Date, Registration Name and Registration E-Mail.

Q: If I buy Folder Marker now, will I get new versions of the program for free?

A: Yes and no. All future updates within this major version are free. But when a new major version of Folder Marker is released, updates to the next major release will require payment. More information in our update policy.
